Mechanized Washing Systems & Electrostatic Powder Coating Lines
This project covers the design, manufacturing, and installation of fully mechanized (automatic) parts-washing systems and electrostatic powder coating lines. These systems automatically wash and pretreat metal components (such as steel fabrications) before painting, then apply a uniform electrostatic powder coating. The scope of work includes:
1- Conveyorized pretreatment washing tunnels with multi-stage spray arches, nozzles, and mist zones for automatic degreasing and phosphating of parts
2- Electrostatic powder coating booths — enclosed spray booths with observation windows, manual and automatic powder guns, and cartridge-filter / cyclone powder recovery units
3- Curing and dry-off ovens with insulated panel walls for powder gelation and finish curing
4- Overhead monorail conveyors carrying parts through washing, coating, and curing stages
5- PLC control cabinets and HMI operator consoles for fully automated line operation
6- Complete line installation and commissioning at the customer's plant
