Hydraulic Packing Press (Baler) for Iron Scrap

This project covers the design and manufacture of horizontal hydraulic packing presses (balers) for compressing iron and metal wastage into dense, transportable bales, produced in a wide range of capacities and dimensions to suit each customer's throughput. The scope of work includes:

• 1- Horizontal baling presses with heavy welded steel press chambers, charging (loading) boxes, and hydraulic closing lids

• 2- Main press cylinders and hydraulic power units with chrome piston rods, hose reels, and pressure control manifolds

• 3- Bale ejection systems delivering compact cubic scrap bales from the discharge door

• 4- Operator control stations with push-button cabinets, selector switches, and analog pressure gauges

• 5- Full machine range — from compact single-cylinder units to large triple-size presses for steel mills and recycling yards

• 6- In-house fabrication, assembly, and testing of every press before dispatch
