Jigs & Fixtures for Production Lines
This project covers the design and manufacture of jigs, fixtures, and production tooling for manufacturing and assembly lines. The scope of work includes:
1- Pneumatic welding fixture benches — machined steel base plates with linear guides, double-acting pneumatic cylinders, clamping arms, locating pins, and toggle clamps
2- Press-type checking fixtures — vertical four-post fixtures with guide columns, die blocks, and locator pins for part checking and press operations
3- Vertical clamp fixture towers — multi-level welded steel structures with pneumatic clamp units, pressure gauges, and part trays
4- Machining and assembly fixtures with pneumatic work-holding for automated production lines
5- In-house fixture assembly and calibration — torque-controlled assembly, dial-indicator alignment, and standardized clamp component kits
6- Quality control and metrology inspection of finished tooling before delivery
