Conveyor Systems for Production Lines
This project covers the design, manufacturing, installation, and commissioning of all types of conveyors for production lines and material-handling systems. The scope of work includes:
1- Belt conveyors — flat and inclined, for carton and product transport across production and packaging lines
2- Screw (helical) conveyors — trough-type with polished stainless steel flights, pillow-block bearings, and geared drives for bulk material handling
3- Chain conveyors — heavy-duty types for pallets and industrial loads
4- Gravity and powered roller conveyors — for cartons and totes in warehouses and distribution centers
5- Vertical spiral conveyors — elevating products between floor levels within a compact footprint
6- Carousel-type loop conveyors — continuous oval plate-belt systems (baggage-handling style)
7- Overhead monorail assembly lines — continuous-motion non-programmable carriers as well as programmable smart carriers for automotive assembly lines
