Van Pro Co is the pioneer designer and specialized manufacturer of heavy-duty portable wheeled stands engineered for automotive body-in-white (BIW) transfer and multi-tier logistics. Developed to integrate directly into double-deck automotive rail wagons, specialized car-carrier semi-trailers, and 40-foot freight shipping containers, these fixtures facilitate rapid rolling transit without structural deformation. Manufactured from high-tensile structural steel with integrated locking pins and heavy-duty load-bearing rollers, they have served major domestic and export vehicle programs including IKCO (Samand, Soren, Peugeot 206/SD) and Saipa Logistics.

This project focuses on the design, manufacturing, and operation of advanced filtration systems for water treatment and sewage processing, integrated with air conditioning turbine technology. The project encompasses: Design & Engineering of custom filtration systems tailored to client specifications Manufacturing of high-quality filtration units including cylindrical pressure filters, automatic backwash systems, and sedimentation equipment Installation & Commissioning of complete water treatment plants for industrial and municipal applications Air Conditioning Turbine Systems for energy-efficient cooling in filtration facilities Custom-built filtration solutions based on flow rate, water quality, and operational requirements The systems are designed to handle various water treatment stages including primary sedimentation, secondary filtration, and tertiary polishing , ensuring clean water output that meets environmental and industrial standards.

This project covers the semi-basic (intermediate) overhaul, repair, and reconstruction of freight railway wagons and car-carrier wagons, together with in-house manufacturing of all consumable wagon parts. The scope of work includes: 1- Semi-basic overhaul of freight wagons — complete strip-down, inspection, and refurbishment of underframes, bogies, brake rigging, and couplers 2- Wagon body repair and reconstruction — patching, re-plating, and welding of damaged steel body panels, followed by full repainting 3- Car-carrier wagon servicing — maintenance of double-deck vehicle transport wagons, including decks, ramps, and running gear 4- Manufacturing of all consumable wagon parts — cast bogie side frames, bolsters, wheelsets, axle boxes, coil springs, brake shoes, and coupler heads 5- Wheelset re-profiling on CNC underfloor wheel lathes with precision tread machining 6- Final inspection and certification of overhauled wagons before return to service

This project covers the design and manufacture of jigs, fixtures, and production tooling for manufacturing and assembly lines. The scope of work includes: 1- Pneumatic welding fixture benches — machined steel base plates with linear guides, double-acting pneumatic cylinders, clamping arms, locating pins, and toggle clamps 2- Press-type checking fixtures — vertical four-post fixtures with guide columns, die blocks, and locator pins for part checking and press operations 3- Vertical clamp fixture towers — multi-level welded steel structures with pneumatic clamp units, pressure gauges, and part trays 4- Machining and assembly fixtures with pneumatic work-holding for automated production lines 5- In-house fixture assembly and calibration — torque-controlled assembly, dial-indicator alignment, and standardized clamp component kits 6- Quality control and metrology inspection of finished tooling before delivery

This project covers the design and manufacture of horizontal hydraulic packing presses (balers) for compressing iron and metal wastage into dense, transportable bales, produced in a wide range of capacities and dimensions to suit each customer's throughput. The scope of work includes: 1- Horizontal baling presses with heavy welded steel press chambers, charging (loading) boxes, and hydraulic closing lids 2- Main press cylinders and hydraulic power units with chrome piston rods, hose reels, and pressure control manifolds 3- Bale ejection systems delivering compact cubic scrap bales from the discharge door 4- Operator control stations with push-button cabinets, selector switches, and analog pressure gauges 5- Full machine range — from compact single-cylinder units to large triple-size presses for steel mills and recycling yards 6- In-house fabrication, assembly, and testing of every press before dispatch

This project covers the design and manufacture of gears, sprockets, and mechanical transmission parts used in filling and packaging machinery for the beverage, food, and detergent industries. The scope of work includes: 1- Polymer (nylon / acetal) gears and helical segments — food-grade, self-lubricating transmission parts machined from special engineering polymers 2- Bronze and brass sprockets & gear blanks — chain sprockets, spur and helical gears in various diameters and modules 3- Worm gear sets — bronze worm wheels paired with hardened, ground steel worm shafts for high-ratio drives 4- Special-alloy cylinders and pistons — polished stainless cylinders with polymer piston heads and seal rings for filling machine dosing units 5- Complete gear-train supply — manufacturing of all consumable transmission parts per customer drawings or samples 6- In-house machining, hobbing, and heat treatment with final dimensional inspection before delivery
